By using Chess64 ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Chess64 is a chess tactics training app that provides forced-mate puzzles, bot games, spaced repetition training, and performance analytics. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may use the app as a guest with limited features, or sign in with Apple to create an account for full functionality and cross-device sync. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID. One account per person.
Chess64 offers optional premium subscriptions billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple, including billing, renewals, and cancellations. You can manage your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or decompile the app; use automated tools to access the service; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.
All content in Chess64, including puzzles, UI design, and code, is owned by Daniel Parks or licensed to us. Chess positions are derived from analysis of public-domain chess games.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chess64 and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
